Customer Care Representative Job Position
We are currently looking to expand our Customer Care team here at Gibbs Direct Barbados.
As a Customer Care Representative at Gibbs Direct your main role will be to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you're passionate about helping others, this could be an amazing opportunity for you.
You will be the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or issue with placing an order online, a product sold or service provided by Gibbs Direct.
You will have many responsibilities, including but not limited to, responding to online inquires, answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers' questions about products and services, as well as coordinating returns.
You will also greet and assist customers when they arrive at our pickup location to collect their orders.
This position is based out of our pickup location at Pine Industrial Park.
