What Currency Will My Credit Card/Debit Card Be Charged?

All prices on the GibbsDirect.com online store are displayed in Barbadian Dollars (BBD) and at the time of purchase your payment method will be charged in Barbadian Dollars.

What Happens To My Credit Card Information After Purchase?

During the online transaction process we do not have access to or retain debit card numbers, credit card numbers or Card Verification Values/Codes (CVV/CVC). Gibbs Direct therefore also can not share it with anyone.


 

Can I Place My Order Over The Phone or Via Email?

No. Customers must place orders on GibbsDirect.com in ordered to maintain privacy and adhere to data security rules. This also allows us to accurately track the order status and provide any support needed.


 

What Happens After I Place My Order?

Once your online order is complete you will receive an order confirmation via email that will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can confirm the details of your order by checking this order confirmation email.


 

Why Haven't I Received A Confirmation Email Regarding My Order?

There are usually two reasons for this. (1) you may have misspelled your email address at checkout or (2) your email service provider may have incorrectly sent your order email from us to your junk/spam folder.

Please check your junk/spam folder for your confirmation email. We highly recommend you add us to your email contact list or whitelist all emails from @gibbsdirect.com to ensure our messages get to you.


 

What If I Need To Modify My Order After I've Placed It?

Once your order is placed we start working on it right away. Therefore rarely can we make changes to an order once it's placed.

You can confirm the details of the order you placed by checking the order confirmation email that is sent to the email address you provided at the time of checkout. 


 

When Will My Order Be Ready For Pickup?

At the time of placing an order online you will be given estimated pickup dates for each item in your shopping cart.

If your items are in stock in our warehouse, we'll typically have your order ready for pickup in as little as 1 - 3 business days.

If your items are not currently available in our warehouse we will have it ready for pickup within 1-3 business days of its arrival at our warehouse.

You will receive an email notifying you that your items are ready for pickup, at which time you can visit our physical store front to collect your order:
