    Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

    We are confident that you will love the products we offer here at GibbsDirect.com and typically do not offer exchanges or refunds on any products.

    However, if you believe your product was damaged prior to purchase or delivery and you can show us clear evidence in-person or through photos of your product and packaging, please return the item and its packaging to our storefront and our team will inspect it.

    Return Policy

    Our return policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have gone by since the date of your in-store purchase, online purchase, or date of delivery, unfortunately we can not accept a returned item or offer you an exchange or refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To return your product, you should bring your product to our physical storefront at:

    To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These items include, but are not limited to:

    •  Health and personal care items such as health supplements.
    • Clothing and garments of any kind

    Exchanges & Refunds

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

    Exchanges and/or refunds will not be granted under the following situations:

    • Items that have been opened AND used.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

    Exchange approvals - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are approved, for an exchange you will be given the same item or similar model of the item. If we do don’t have a suitable replacement item in stock you will be notified once the replacement item is in stock and ready for pickup or delivery. If you choose to have the exchanged product delivered to you, depending on where you live on the island, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Refund approvals - If you are approved for a refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

    Delivery Costs

    Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    Note: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.

    Refund Processing Times

    If 7 business days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company - It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank - There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
