I'm usually apprehensive when taking supplements, but I bought this product and use it in addition to the Probiotic Slim + Prebiotic Fibre. I do not take all the daily recommended dosage, so it took me about 2 weeks to notice the change. There's a marked difference in my digestion; the bloated feel and look have disappeared, and there's a noticeable boost in my energy levels. I usually take them before my gym workout, which helps me through those sessions nicely.

I think that this is a good product that covers most if not all the essentials that a woman needs. It gives me an extra boost of energy. There isn't much of a smell and the tablet size is good for being so packed. I would say the only necessary is to make sure to drink plenty of water since it is a high potency vitamin and two a day is the standard does. All in all I would buy again.

My initial lid is at the base was broken. But thanks to gibbsdirect. When I saw that lids could be replaced, I checked the measurement and woolah! Seems exact. It fitted perfectly, better than the original, even the part to slide is a tighter closed. The colour fitted my independence cup. OH I FEEL SO GOOD!
Capsules are too big and doesnโt rest well on my stomach, gummies would be great but other than that, the product works. ๐๐ป
