If an item you order is in stock and available for in-store pickup you will be provided the option to pick it up at our physical store front at:

If you purchase a product that is to be delivered to you, it will be sent via Gibbs Direct’s delivery carrier.
The delivery times are approximately:
- In-store/in-warehouse items: Next day - 2 business days
- All other items: 1-3 weeks.
From the time your item arrives in our warehouse and has been processed it is typically dispatched to you within 2 business days.
Delivery Delays
In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected delivery time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control any unexpected delays that may occur en-route. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances. We seek your understanding and patience should this occur.
